Leaving is easy
Every plan: 30 days' notice from either side, no minimum term.
Where your regulator wants a longer commitment, Enterprise can be fixed for up to three years, on signed and formally executed paperwork. Otherwise, by conduct. In all cases, the JTOS applies.
No surprise invoices
Billed monthly in arrears, with nothing to prepay. Hours up to one and a half times your committed amount are covered. Sizing is reviewed each quarter, can move up or down, and never applies backwards. No clock watching.
One price list
The Rate Card is published and the same for every client. Rates follow commitment, not negotiation.
Your config is yours
Inline Scripts, DLLs and configuration stay your property, outside the AGPLv3 core. When an engagement ends, everything we hold is deleted within 30 days.
